Reiki Healing and its Benefits

Reiki is a form of complementary therapy relating to energy healing. It works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client. Many people who receive Reiki claim to experience positives outcomes such as positive energy and health benefits.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.
Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki practitioners believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
What happens in a Reiki session?
Practitioners will typically give Reiki treatment in a peaceful, private setting. However, the treatment can take place anywhere. During a session, the client will sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a table, fully clothed.
The Practitioner will then place their hands lightly on or over specific areas of the client’s head, limbs or torso. They will typically keep their hands in these positions for up to10 minutes.
Advocates state that this causes an energy transfer to take place from the Practitioner to the client. Some practitioners will use crystals and essential oils to enable healing or protect a client from negative energy. Sessions last 45-60mins.The number of sessions vary, depending on what a client wishes to accomplish. Some clients have more than one session if they have a pressing issue.

Health Benefits
Reiki removes negative energy and helps in relaxation. According to practitioners, Reiki channels universal energy known as ‘chi’. This is the same energy involved in tai chi exercise. The energy permeates the body. Reiki experts point out that although the energy is not measurable with modern scientific techniques, many who tune into it can feel it.
Reiki aids relaxation, assists in the body’s natural healing processes, and develops emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Evidence suggests that it may induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall well-being.
Conditions that people have used Reiki to help treat include:
Cancer
Heart disease
Anxiety
Depression
Chronic pain
Infertility
Neurogenerative disorders
Autism
Fatigue
People with certain health conditions may be interested in trying Reiki alongside their regular treatment.

What Kind of questions should you ask during a Tarot Reading?

Asking specific questions during tarot readings helps you get clearer answers. However, avoid asking negative questions and particularly ones that mean you are denying responsibility for your choices.

Examples of questions that avoid responsibility:

Will my ex-boyfriend /girlfriend come back to me?

Should I change my career?

Rephrase these questions as follows:

I want my ex back, but how can I improve the relationship between us?

A career change would improve my lifestyle. Can you help me find a way to decide what would suit me best?

For specific questions, always write them down before you start shuffling and drawing cards.

Other possible questions?

Love and Relationship

When Will I meet my soulmate?
When will we get married?
Is he the right person for me?

Career

Is this change of career good for me?
Should I leave my job and look for a new one?
What Will I get out of this job if I stay on?
Does my future career prospects look bright?

Starting my own business

Is this business right for me?
Is this a suitable venue to start my business?
What are the right products and services I should offer?

Asking clear questions will help you get clear answers. Hence, it is recommended that you prepare a list of questions before you come in for your reading.

Part 2: Benefits of Tarot Reading

Tarot  reading is an amazing concept in use in the world for the betterment of humanity. It serves to predict the future of people and tell them about some things that are unknown to them. Tarot is basically a pack of cards and the reading of these cards is referred to as tarot card reading. Tarot Reading can help you lead a happy life by revealing to you all the inner secrets of life. Want to know about some most amazing benefits of Tarot card reading?

Clear perspective in life

Not all of us have everything figured in life. Suppose if I tell you something positive, you will start to work diligently towards achieving that. Similarly, if the results are negative it will prepare you for the ups and downs of life which will enable you to focus on the positives. You gain a new perspective in life and develop a better understanding of knowledge through tarot card reading.

Helps in focusing on improvement

Despite your achievements, there are some personality traits within us that keeps us away from being ‘perfect’. Although I believe no one is perfect there’s always room for improvement. Tarot card reading helps you in an ideal way of picking the areas needed for improvement and working on them to seek perfection. In a way, tarot card reading acts as a tool to give you relief and helps you focus on fixing certain imperfections or problems.

Love relationship advice/counselling

Tarot card reading is also a Counselling technique that gives out advice to people having relationship problems by creating and nurturing harmonious relationships. It helps do away with all negative energy and fills a person with positive energy so as to induce him to take risks. Apart from tarot card reading I also give a lot of Counselling. For instance, an individual is finding it hard to get out of a bad breakup or has too many relationship problems, Counselling along with reading gives them the power to move on as life goes on. As a professional tarot card reader, we tell people how to lead a life with a positive mindset.

Find peace

Have you been dwelling on the negatives rather than enjoying the positives? If so, it could be time to find peace and move on. Whether you’ve been feeling anxious, worried or fearful, a Tarot reading could help you overcome your struggles and achieve a sense of calm.

Nurture your relationships

The Tarot can help you create and nurture harmonious relationships with others. It will encourage you to clear away negative energy and give you the motivation to take positive risks.

If you’re in a relationship, the Tarot will teach you how to stay kind, fair and understanding. It will help you embrace and appreciate the positive aspects of your relationship while highlighting the areas that need more attention and commitment.

If you’re single, the Tarot can give you the support you need to find the love you deserve. After all, no matter what the movies tell you, love is unlikely to just land at your feet. You have to make a conscious effort to seek love and, when romance comes into your life, it takes work to develop it into something more special and long lasting.

 It Relieves Stress

This is one of the greatest benefits to the Tarot which can assist us in  decision making when we do a tarot reading about a specific situation we start to see ourselves become more certain in our surroundings.

You can ask if you’re on the right path, what you need to focus on, and more. All of this can re-centre you and allow yourself to breathe a bit more.

We get so wrapped up in our own Ego, and there’s nothing wrong with that by the way it’s called being human, we often create problems that are never there. The Tarot helps you weed out what is going on, from what is not, and that is such a tremendous stress relief in your daily life that you don’t want to live without.

Part 1:What is Tarot : A Universal Language

Part 1:What is Tarot: A Universal Language

The Tarot is a deck of 78 mystical cards. There are 22 cards that form the Major Arcana and represent individuals who personify a particular quality or archetype. The 56 cards of the Minor Arcana represent events, people, behavior, ideas, and activities that go on in our lives. For hundreds of years, the tarot has been one of the most important Western mythical pathways for fortune-telling, divination, and self-development. With connections to alchemy, psychology, astrology, numerology, Kabbalah, Christian mysticism, Eastern philosophy, and many other esoteric traditions, the tarot is available to everyone. It is a mirror of the human soul.

A Universal Language

Each card has an image, a name, and a number, which are potent symbols and have specific meanings. At its simplest level, tarot is a universal language that speaks through a variety of archetypal symbols. Getting to know the meaning behind these symbols, and your own reactions to the symbols means you can identify with these qualities in your own life, work with them in a positive way and enhance personal development and relationships.
Symbols and archetypes have profound significance, with many layers and levels of meaning; they open us up to the hidden depths of ourselves which we might unconsciously choose to deny, repress, or exile. This universal language makes the tarot a unique tool for self-understanding and for making choices about the future.

Self-understanding and psychological growth
The tarot provides an instant and direct way to understand the rhythms or patterns at work in your life. Uncannily, the tarot also seems to predict patterns or events that are about to happen. This may be our conscious follow-up rection based on the tarot’s imagery at the reading.
We often want a signpost to a decision or a confirmation of our doubts or belief in a relationship. The tarot can give us clues to the sort of day we might have, or who we might fall in love with. Again, the card reflects or own hidden desires, actions and goals. It can help to develop our own self-awareness so that we can make conscious choices, understand the reasons behind a situation or give guidance as to the next stage of our personal life journey. In fact, the tarot is all about you.
